1 - Cancel SEND/ASK Account and Data Retention.
You can request the cancellation of your account through the SEND/ASK services by navigating to Settings > Cancel Account. Alternatively, suppose you no longer have the app installed. In that case, you can request account cancellation by contacting us via the Customer Support channels available within the section Contact Us on the website or by emailing us at 2900 Southwest 28th Terrace, Suite 202, Coconut Grove, FL 33133, USA. This applies to your account registered in SEND/ASK, which Leap Financial developed.

Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request, unless data must be retained by law.

Such data is securely stored and deleted by the retention periods mandated by applicable state regulations governing financial service data.
