At H.WAY SEND, we work hard to give you more options to save when sending money abroad 💪🏼

- Use the H.WAY SEND app.

1. Open your H.WAY SEND app on your phone.
2. Enter your username and password to log into your account.
3. On your home screen you'll see a list of options. Press 'Send money'.
4. Select the receiver .
- You can give us access to your contact list and pick one from there, or
- You can manually enter their information.
5. Select the amount you will send.
6. Verify your identity with an ID and biometrics just looking at the camera for a few seconds.
If you already created your account, you won’t need to do this
7. Choose how you want to send money:
- With your credit or debit card.
- With cash by paying at any of our 3rd party ally locations. View list.
8. Confirm that all the information is correct.
9. Press ‘Confirm payment’.

Done! Your money will be sent 💸

You can send between $5 and up to $1,000. If you want to send more, there are extra security steps you need to go through.
As always, we take care of you and your money.

- Transfers between bank accounts only take up to 2 business days.

2. Tap on ‘Sign up’.
3. Enter your phone number and verify it by using the code we will send you by SMS.
4. Create a 6 digit PIN, and avoid using consecutive numbers and never share it!
5. Fill out your personal information – full name, address, email and that's it.

Done! You can start using H.WAY SEND, your new favorite app 😉.

1. Open the H.WAY SEND app on your phone.
Use your username and password to log in. If you don't already have an account, create one by following the steps in the process.
3. Select the box that says you received money on the home screen.
4. On the payment methods screen, select the one that best suits you.

Once you request money, you can choose where we send it.

Be aware that if you want us to send your money to H.WAY SEND, you should complete the identity verification process on the app.

Here's how to select your payout method:

1. Open the H.WAY SEND app on your phone.
2. Use your username and password to log in.
3. Tap on 'You got money' button on the home screen.
4. Choose the payout method where we should send the money.
5. Follow the steps for your selected payout method to get your money there
6. Done! You can go ahead and cash your money out 🤑
